[UK-CONTEST] Delays in RSGB contest results

[Chairman, RSGB Contest Committee]

The contest committee is investigating possible 
irregularities in some logs received recently.  These relate 
to entries which show apparent anomalies, and are connected 
with analysis of SDR recordings made by the committee. The 
investigations are not yet complete, and involve continuing 
enquiries.

This has led to delays in publishing results, for which we 
apologise; we will resume normal service as soon as we can.
