[UK-CONTEST] Assisted and Non-Assisted in RSGB Contests

The only RSGB HF contest in which a formal distinction
is made between Assisted and Non-Assisted is the
IOTA contest.

I wonder what the assumption is for all other RSGB
HF events? Is everyone assumed to be Assisted, or was
it thought there would be no particular advantage
in being Assisted?

Now that the Reverse Beacon Network is of even more
"assistance" (it detects and spots all CQs in CW
events) than the Cluster - or whatever it's called
these days - surely it's time to acknowledge that
it's being used by some entrants? This would lead
to the CATEGORY-ASSISTED tag being mandatory in all
RSGB logs - along with separate results listings.
If nothing else, having to answer the question
"Were you Assisted" would oblige entrants to
confront the issue.

Further, I suggest it should not be assumed that
entrants in multi-op events such as NFD would
always choose to be assisted in terms of having
external spotting assistance.
