[UK-CONTEST] RSGB HF Championship

Hi Rob,
Not all 2011 EUSprint results were published online, or on their usual
website, but they were produced. It should have been trivial to confirm
about the results status e.g. ask UK-Contest. As the results are available,
would the committee reconsider excluding them from the HF Championship?
