[UK-CONTEST] UBN

I have just had my AFS UBN back and it is showing errors in the received
serial of one figure out i.e. 13 should be 14 and 33 should be 34 etc. We
went through a batch of these errors caused by Wintest last in NFD anyone
else get the same kind of error.
