[UK-CONTEST] 'proper' clubs

There seems to be a presumption that any comment on any issue on this 
reflector is noted and valued by anyone outside its subscribers, 
including the RSGBCC. Will the long. or short, term subscribers tell me 
why they believe that postings here should influence the thinking and 
policies of RSGBCC. It would be my view that emails to the Chair of 
RSGBCC would be the front door for consideration by the RSGBCC and that 
there is no other legitimate nor sensible route. I see his reflector as 
a useful forum for exchanges between contesters. and may from time to 
time be read by individuals on the RSGBCC, but no more. If your 
perception differs from mine then please put me right. If so, please 
also tell me why you believe this to be so. 73. John G8IYS.
