[UK-CONTEST] IOTA Contest Scoring

Agreed. I understand the wish to outlaw M/M under this rule but it has
adverse side-effects. My position has always been this - if there are
groups who want to support the IOTA contest and put on a M/M station,
create a section for them and encourage them. Don't send them away and
cripple things for others in the process.
