[UK-CONTEST] GQ, GO prefixes

Contesters have been using the GQ and similar prefixes 
in 80m Club Championship contests since their NoVs came 
into force.  The question of whether these are 
allowable or not is rather obscure -- it is mentioned 
in the HF General Rules, but is not completely clear.

To avoid any doubt, the contest committee will 
specifically allow these prefixes, as well as GO (plus 
MO and 2O) prefixes, during the 80m CC and Sprint 
contests this year.

They are already usable in VHF contests, which is an 
anomaly.  The General Rules are currently being 
rewritten (HF and VHF) and under discussion, with a 
view to introducing them on the 1st January 2013. These 
new General Rules will be offered to the contesting 
community for comment and review in the next month or so.
