The user of the extra long callsign is disadvantaged in two ways - it takes
longer for each qso, and the extra letter throws in an additional chance of
incorrect copy.

It is about tempting extra contacts with the unusual prefix.

Unnecessary characters that add time to an exchange in a contest that is
about speed of exchange is not desirable. They should be disallowed.
