[UK-CONTEST] Important message from the UK Contest Reflector Administrator

I am on 20 odd Yahoogroups (including the new HF contest one) and spam
is never an issue - occasionally somebody's email is hacked which
results in a short burst, but that happens on here as well, it is not a
Yahoo problem. Mark also assures me that after everybody on here has
moved over it will be changed to moderated joining which will also keep
the spammers at bay. And if you set your email to 'traditional' and use
eg MVPS hosts file when browsing via the web you don't see any
advertising. Also you don't need to set up a Yahoo profile, you can
subscribe via email (uk-hf-contesting-subscribe at yahoogroups.co.uk)
without one (but will miss out on some of the web features).

Come and join us Peter, we would miss your contributions.
