[UK-CONTEST] Short Contest calls

Hi,

Dropping the report, shorter calls, where are we heading? I know you want to 
make more QSO's in contests, but if you send virtually nothing, well what's 
the point of it all??

Maybe contests should have sections for length of calls rather than at 
present. Or should it be characters, as G3E would complain G4E had an 
advantage in dits over dahs!
