[UK-CONTEST] RSGB 21/28 MHz Contest

I'm thinking I might have a go on 10m for this contest (a radical
departure for me to come below 6 m) however I'm not clear about the
scoring system. It appears from the rules on the RSGB HF contest site
that a UK entrant scores no points or multipliers for working another UK
station however after playing with loggers, both N1MM and SD seem to
count them. Am I missing something?
