[UK-CONTEST] Award for working UK postal districts

Indeed, there used to be an award for working the different UK postal
districts. It was run by the Civil Service Radio Society. There were
bronze, silver, gold, etc. awards for working a certain number of districts.
Working G3CSR (the club call) counted as a wildcard, as I recall. As club
secretary, I remember signing and sending out a few awards.
I'm sure that the award programme is now, like the club itself, defunct.
John G3XWK was the mastermind behind it. I'm not sure whether he is still
around. I heard that he moved to France, but I am going back several years.
