On Wednesday night I had my first opportunity to enter an 80m Sprint in
the new 60-minute format. Still not enough activity to make it a sprint
rather than a stroll, but for that reason 60 minutes is preferable to 90.

For anyone not going to the RSGB Convention on Saturday, why not use your
sprint skills again in the EU CW Sprint? This runs from 5pm to 8.59pm on
20, 40 and 80m. Exchange is the same as in the RSGB sprint - *both*
callsigns plus serial number and name. Full rules at www.eu-sprint.com
