[UK-CONTEST] CQ WW - Rules have changed

All I can find in the rules regarding post-contest log alteration
relates to callsign changes by reference to a database or recording. I
read this as permitting an entrant to create a cabrillo file from a
hand-written log after the event and checking/correcting afterwards for
typos.
I'm not sure if the rule about possible visitation of potential high
scorers (OK not new this year) has been well thought through, as there
doesn't appear to be any onus on such entrants to pre-register and
provide contact or QTH details. Looks pretty easy to get around.
All this smacks of desperation, rather than a real expectation of
identifying cheats to me. The real way of doing this is of course via
the wide-band recordings that the organisrs are supposed to make.
