This has been discussed on the cq-contest reflector I think, but I have not 
been paying full attention. I think the answer to you question is 'Yes' - in 
other words if you are running on a band, you have to be heard giving a full 
or partial correction to the callsign worked before moving onto the next 
QSO. Most of us do this anyway, but there is now more emphasis on this 
real-time correction I guess. What is clear is that you do not need to give 
both callsigns for a QSO to be valid - again this has always been the case.

I forgor to say - Randy K5ZD said that out of 14000 CQ WW logs, they only 
received 100 paper logs.
