[UK-CONTEST] Separate reflectors?

It was quite busy once upon a time. I don't think we've deliberately
turned it off, but it's been dormant for several years, and the
infrastructure it ran on has moved on a bit.

Mailing lists have been superseded somewhat nowadays.
