[UK-CONTEST] Ukranian DX Contest - 3rd/4th November.

This would appear to be an ideal contest for small pistols, guys with wire antennas or newbies who wish to improve their contesting skills as Ukraine is an ideal skip distance from Uk. It should be quite busy within eu with plenty to keep you going on all of the contest bands.

Everybody works everyone and can be ssb, cw or mixed modes.

The scoring is quite tough, if the other guy busts your call or gets your exchange wrong you lose the qso too, if there is more than a 3 minute time diference between both logs you lose the qso. Uniques are removed, the likes of GJ, GU, GD and maybe GM & GW are more likely to suffer here when casuals just need your band slot and don't call anyone else, so having a dx call is a handicap. I recall entering a UN  (Kazhak) contest a few years ago, I was in the top 2/3 claimed scores but finished way down the list with a 35% penalty for uniques, so don't go looking for far asia or south america!
