Hi Colin,
To be fair a lot of what you mention does get occur at convention, and a lot
of the top contesters do attend, some from overseas.
It just feels like the 45 minutes is there to placate us as there's no
dedicated area for exchanges of opinion.
Maybe all the real deals are done outside the convention at the dinner,
rather like those done at the US/Soviet arms treaties. Public and private
faces of governments. :0)
