[UK-CONTEST] Contest awareness.

I advertised twice in RadCom during my tenure as Ctst Cttee Chairman and
Board Member for Sport Radio, looking for someone to publicise RSGB
contests and awards, but nil response. There is a job there waiting to be
done!
