[VHFcontesting] Voie Keyer information needed

A friend has a mostly completed (minus mic. connectors) A&A Engineering voice 
keyer box he was going to let me have dirt cheap, However he can't find the 
manual for it.

Does anyone have one of these manuals or information on this unit as I 
haven't found anything on the internet about it.
