[VHFcontesting] CW

A lot of interesting thoughts about CW. I feel the best would to be able
to work each station both modes but give no extra points for CW. This
will fill in the idle time especially for those of us with on 3-4 bands
and maybe Multi-op. If you want to have a separate category for SSB, CW,
and Mixed fine but I don't believe that is necessary.

The idea of separate contest is not so good as the last thing you would
want to do is spread out what activity there is. We do allot of HF
contesting here and any more contests will surely run into conflicts.
