Yes I did but I entered the contest, you can contact Don NL7CO {SWOT Contest 
Director} as there must have been a mixup in your case.

SWOT has started a new series of contests that run along with the ARRL VHF 
Contests . If you send in your ARRL contest log to SWOT {Carbon copy of 
course} you will be entered in their contest { 144MHZ only} .

They have a great Plauqe for 1st place and provide certificates for everyone 
else. I recieved the 1st place High Power Single OP. Plauqe today.

Hopefully you guys can get it straighted out { Someone probally looking for 
their certificate !} as this is a great contest.
