[VHFcontesting] Distance Based Scoring

Adding a distance based scoring to the VHF contests would, IMHO, make things 
more interesting and probably somewhat more fair.  However, one would have to 
take into consideration that it is MUCH easier to make a 1000 mile QSO on six 
meters than it is to make a 400 mile QSO on six meters.

Therefore points for those distances corresponding to garden variety six 
meter E-skip would have to be awarded a point value reflecting no great skill 
level.  Longer distances corresponding to double hop, etc., would warrant 
higher points.

Obviously this does not apply to two meters and above.
