[VHFcontesting] Get A Grip!

Maybe having a GPS should be mandatory for all rovers (TIC).  That way if
you get stranded at the end of a dirt road at least you can tell the rescue
squad where to look for you.  And as a side issue there would be no excuse
for giving out the wrong grid square, and no problem with distance scoring.
