We should use sparkgap transmitters and crystal receivers only or maybe just
smoke signals.  Where do you draw the line on technology?  The rules cover
the basics and there is nowhere in the rules that cover what generation
equipment that can be used.  A Pro756II should be banned by your suggestion.
