[VHFcontesting] Open logs

I think it would be a great idea if the logs of all contests were 
to be posted to the web after the contest has been adjudicated.

I have been planning on posting all my contest logs on my web
site for quite some time - and have not done it yet just 
because I am lazy and/or busy.

While I can see some potential problems - I still think overall
it would be a good thing.
