This is true.  However since this is NOT AGAINST the rules, just the SPIRIT 
of competition, it appears to be non-issue for most of the other 
competitors.  I'm not sure if there is even a penalty for "Busted" / "Not 
in Log" QSO's in the VHF contests YET.
