[VHFcontesting] A Brief History of (Captive) Roving

There are a few times I called rovers, with no
response by them. I always assumed that it was
because they couldn't hear me. Now I know the truth!
So instead of upgrading the station, I am going to
write the ARRL insisting that they force them to work
me, or they will be banned for life from the VHF
contest. Wow!! Think of the money I am saving now
that I learned to truth!
