I'm surprised we're still debating this -- the Paypal e-mail is a
well-documented scam and there is also a version with an associated worm.

either Paypal changed their webpage or I got redirected a few days ago.
Paypal's webpage is now the way it used to be and all is well....

Scam....I think so but who did I talk to at Paypal? Hummm?
