[VHFcontesting] Beacon interference?

Hi Jim , Name is Ellis call is WA1RKS, down in Stephentown ny, listen to you and Pete on 6m Ch23! once and a while, the reason for this mail is I'm hearing WA2UMX's beacon comming out ot 220 Greylock, its piggy backing on weak carriers,don't know the proper person to notify? so though I would pass it along to you,and you might know who to contact and let them check it out?
