[VHFcontesting] First time

Greetings all! 

This will be my first time effort in a VHF contest. Equipment here is
not too spectacular, but it works :) I live in Owensboro, KY (Grid
Square EM67) and will be active on 6,2, and 440 cw/ssb 

I am a newbie and not too familiar with the way things so so please
excuse my ignorance. 

The equipment here will be at FT-100D running 100w on 6 and 50 watts on
2 and 25 watts on 440.  AR2 440 pre-amp

Antennas are: 6 meter KB6KQ loop
                     2 meter KB6KQ loop
	        440 KB6KQ Loop.

All mounted above the roof 15 feet. 

I assume you use the listening frquencies to make contacts, if someone
could e-mail me at k4sac at arrl.net and let me know proper procedures I
would be grateful.
