I'm KC9BQA -- located in EN63 (qrz.com has my info correct) and I'm very excited to finally be contesting with stacked beams on 50, 144 and 432 up at 100-115'. The beams just got put up a few weeks ago and early results are very encouraging. I've worked into EN37, EN33, EN31, and EM39 over the past few days on 144.200. (And on 50.125 and 432.100 in a few cases. All my 3 bands are legitimate threats to go deep.) If you are within 200-500 miles, I'm going to try very hard to listen for your call.

I plan on being active for just about all of the contest.

I plan on using 144.170 +/- as a calling frequency and will be regularly swinging the beam around calling CQ (SSB only here, at this time. I'm new so please be gentle) in all directions. I hope to have plenty of contacts into the U.P., Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Michigan and of course, Wisconsin.

Any stations that want to try for direct skeds, please email before 1830Z tomorrow.

ROVERS...... If you're a rover and you've posted your plans, I have printed them out and I will take them into the shack with me. I love working rovers and will try very hard to find you on your terms. However... if you are inclined, try to listen for my SSB CQ's on or about 144.70. I will tend to have my beams pointed in phase with the clock. In other words, the beams will be pointed north at the top of the hour. Then they will drift toward the NE, and then E by quarter past the hour. Then SE and S by the bottom of the hour. And toward the SW and W by 45 past the hour. I will try to do this diligently. Only if we get some sort of major opening in one direction will I deviate much.

Enough info. Hope I made sense. Oh yes, if anyone cares to forward this to contest groups in Illinois and Michigan, feel free to. It's too late for me to look that info up now.

   73,
   Todd -- KC9BQA -- EN63, 40 miles N of Milwaukee
