[VHFcontesting] Six Meter Data Beacon?

Once again during the CQ VHF contest I noticed a rather weak signal coming  
from the south on about 50.185 during the times when the band was open to  
Florida.  It sounds like some sort of low baud rate FSK data  signal.  I've 
noticed this many time before when the band was open to the  south.
 
Can anybody fill me in as to what this is and from where this is  coming?
