[VHFcontesting] ARRL Standings and Location Changes

Hi:
I was looking at the ARRL "Standings Page" and got to wondering just what
the numbers are really supposed to represent.

If an operator never changes his QTH, then the numbers represent what he
has work towards his WAS, DXCC, and VUCC. These numbers are just his total
of confirmed/unconfirmed contacts for the Awards.

By ARRL Rules, if an operator moves to a new "Grid Square" or outside a 50 Mi.
radius from his previous QTH, then he must start all over again acquiring States
and Grids towards his awards. DXCC seems to allow counting all contacts made within
the DXCC Entity.

My question is:

If an operator moves beyond the 50 Mi. radius or to a NEW "Grid Square" specified for
the WAS and VUCC Awards, is he also required to start from Zero (0) on his "Standings"
from his new QTH ???
