[VHFcontesting] Still time for comments on rules changes

I am advised by a senior member of the ARRL staff, that there is still time
for comment and discussion.

Also, that changes will not be decided on any time soon.  It is not a done
deal....

One question to you all - what does "VHF QSO Party", the name of the June
and Sept. contests, imply?

What does "VHF Sweepstakes" imply?
