Good points. But another is that lot's of people won't do the survey 
because they don't like giving their email address to web sign-up forms. 
The format of this one is identical to many Mass-marketing email harvesting 
schemes. Post a bunch of surveys to collect email addresses they can sell 
to their advertisers. They won't be getting mine.
