Steve, N2CEI, just reported 9:00 am EST, 1300Z, on 144.260 that he is on Camelback Mtn FN21hb for the 10 GHz contest.  
Winds are currently too high for him to start operating.  When they die down he is ready to go.
Please listen for him on the144.260 liason frequency, or just give a call there!
If you have 10 GHz, please get on 144.260 and let us know.  Several of us PackRats and some New Englanders as well are looking for contacts on 10 GHz.
