Well that's a relief, because I call CQ and contact everyone I can on
every band.  I take the rules seriously, and I'm not one to nit-pick
them to try and work around the spirit of the competition.

On the other hand, I am one of those Elmered rovers, and I honestly
worry that my rover career will be over before I get the chance to
build the station up properly.
