[VHFcontesting] Want to buy ROHN SSV -- section 4N

  Adding a 2nd tower here in EN63 for 902, 1296 and 2304.  Hope to be up and running on the lower microwaves by summer.  

  I want to buy a section of Rohn SSV, specifically section 4N.
