[VHFcontesting] New to 6

hello.. i also use a  ft920 on 6,  I had a 706 2g  and i really beg to 
differ.... the706 can not even compare to the 920...  but it will do 2 
and 432, which are 2 bands u "need" to do vhf contesting ..  normal 
ground wave coverage should be at least 150+ miles, really depends on 
your antenna height above average terrain..

for vhf contesting u need a good grids square map.. like

U say u have a good logging program...but u didnt say what... most 
"good" programs do the vhf/uhf  stuff... there are a bunch of good 
vhf/uhf  programs also...
