[VHFcontesting] 432 MHz Sprint - East Coast 70 CM Net

The East Coast 70 CM net which starts at 9 p.m. ET each Wed on 432.090 
MHz will operate as usual during the Sprint.  This worked out well 
during the Spring Sprint helping to coordinate many contest contacts.
