[VHFcontesting] W5LL/R September Contest Plans

The W5LL rover team will once again be active in the September Contest.  The
route this time is a little shorer than what we usually cover due to high
gas prices.  Saturday we'll be in EM23, EM22, EM21, EM11, EM12, EM13 and
Sunday we'll go North to the grid corner of EM15, EM25, EM14 and EM24.  Will
have 6m thru 432MHz available with high power on all bands.
