[VHFcontesting] RoverLog 2_3_0 - Added N3FTI Bandswitching

Folks,

I uploaded RoverLog 2_3_0 to http://roverlog.2ub.org/ today.  This 
release adds the ability to support bandswitching via the N3FTI 
parallel port interface board (see http://www.qsl.net/n3fti).

This is a brand new release so please beware of adopting it this close 
to the contest if you are not prepared to give it a shake-down before 
Saturday.

Please let me know if you have any feedback.  I will do my best to
address emergencies before the contest.
