It is truly a great loss to the community of amateur radio to have Bill succumbed to cancer.  He was a true inspiration to us all. Any time I had a question or problem, all I had to do was send Bill a note and I could be assured I would get a prompt reply.  Although I did not know Bill well, only having met him a few times, he was a great mentor.  He will be missed by us all. Rest assured Bill, we will be listening for the weak ones.
