[VHFcontesting] Banning The Use Of 144.200 MHz During Contests

More than that, I heard from a friend recently that some stateside guys were
ragchewing on 50.110 and were adamant about not moving. Seems like more
folks that have no regard for their fellow VHF'ers. Have been inactive
myself in recent years, but hope one day to get going again.
