[VHFcontesting] Rover Recognition Award

The Mt Airy VHF Pack Rats will soon be issuing the third annual Rover Recognition Award to a rover who distinguished themself in the 2007 ARRL VHF-UHF contesting events. This award is given in memory of the rover Bill Seabreeze, W3IY/R who not only had excellent scores, but who managed to travel several grids and make hundreds of QSOs with all comers on multiple bands.
