All times are "local".  I have no idea how this plays in areas where time zones meet, I'm afraid ... but it is an excellent strategy to "mop up" with stations that said "432 later", etc.

If you are unwilling to dedicate a full hour, then please dedicate the first 15 minutes of each one to see if more time is warranted.
