[VHFcontesting] VHF contest logs made public

Congratulations to the team of K8GP for their willingness to publicly post their logs, as well as those of the rovers contributing to them.  

My logs, both past and future of any contest, can also be made public and I stand accountable for all that is within each.

A new era of contesting is emerging, which I find very exciting, as it is a positive step forward.
