[VHFcontesting] LoTW for Rovers

Bruce,

I have put my rover effort (a small one) onto LoTW.  It was some work to 
put it in because LoTW requires a location for each operation to give 
proper credit for the contact.  It doesn't have much effect now, but 
when (I hope) they start doing VUCC, it will make a difference. I also 
had to do the same thing for my QRP Portable operations, but they 
involved more contacts from one location.
