[VHFcontesting] Stamp Increase Jan 14, 2008 (from Canada)

Yeha, but more important (to me anyway) is this: DXCC ONLY? I thought by now
you could use it for contest submission for most any ARRL contest and then
eventually others.

Can someome confirm/deny this?
